Can someone recommend a remote wireless camera flash for a canon 7d? I would like them to be fairly small and portable. Any options for sale, new/used?

I have a 24" iMac which we use constantly. Unfortunately, there are signs that the hard drive is dying. Looking for suggestions for a reliable internal hard drive to replace it with, and any experiences folks may have doing the replacement themselves (I don't have the Mac service warranty and don't want to pay $$$ to take it to the Apple Store).

I am going on vacation to Hawaii in a couple of weeks and I really have no idea what kinds of places are must-sees for my first trip. I am going to Honolulu and Maui. What should I plan on visiting or should I just know the quickest route to the beach from my hotel room?

My mom and my mother-in-law are both wanting to get "smart phones." I've had all three platforms -- and I am in a bind because I don't want to recommend any of them, because they'd hate me if they didn't like it! I'm on the Android platform now and love it. However, I think the keyboard and simplicity of Blackberry might be better. But then, there'a the iPhone! What to do!!!!

Both women are on basic flip phones. Any recommendations? Any experience with older users adapting to smart phones?

For all you iPhone / iPad / Android (ok, even Blackberry) users out there, I'm interested to know what your favorite apps are. I've got pages and pages of them on my iPhone, though I admit I only use a handful very regularly. Always on the lookout for another good app, though!

Although the judges will take into account framing and lighting and other elements of style, ultimately, they will choose the winner based on the photo that "captures the season best."

I've always wanted to pick up guns and target shooting as a hobby. While I've gone shooting with friends a few times over the years, I can't say I know exactly where to start. Would love advice or feedback from those who can share their experiences - what you like, what to avoid, tips and tricks, etc.
