I got the chance to try a little bit of tai chi with the straight sword, and i really liked it, but now i don't know where or how to begin learning. I would like to take lessons, but do they teach the sword at all tai chi places? or do i need to go somewhere special? help!

This time it's Wish You Well by acclaimed mystery writer David Baldacci. It's a classic coming of age novel that starts with a tragedy (so be prepared for that) and then moves on to rural Virginia.

Wanting to eat healthy and eating healthy are two different things. It is hard to get a well balanced diet in a society full of fast food. How do you manage? Did anyone else see the lunar eclipse?? It was cloudy here, but with just enough gaps that every 20 seconds or so, the moon would peep through. I stayed up 'til 3am. Crazy, I know, but I couldn't resist.

The last time there was a lunar eclipse on the winter solstice was in 1638. So cool!

i like Splore, but wonder how I can use it better. Splore was created to make it easy for "people to help people" accomplish things: fun, charity, work, family, etc. Securely, openly if wanted or private if desired. It was created to find people like you, who you don't already know, unlike traditional social networks.
