We went to a couple of events in the fall (5 mile fall colors hike and haunted halloween woods) and they were really well done. Plus, everyone gets a badge.

The bottom of my toe is hard, swollen, and hot to the touch. I don't recall hurting it, and there is no mark of a bug bite. What could it be, and how can I relieve the pressure so it is not too sore to walk on?

My son had a pretty severe stuttering problem from the time he was 2 1/2 to the age of 5 1/2. It was the result of a traumatic event.

We tried a lot of strategies to help him pull out of it. When he was about to start school, I found a method that finally worked.

It's based on classic operant conditioning and is very effective for young children.

I got the chance to try a little bit of tai chi with the straight sword, and i really liked it, but now i don't know where or how to begin learning. I would like to take lessons, but do they teach the sword at all tai chi places? or do i need to go somewhere special? help!

Wanting to eat healthy and eating healthy are two different things. It is hard to get a well balanced diet in a society full of fast food. How do you manage?
