We all know that proteins are essential to keeping strong, energetic and alert. This is why kids need a lot of protein because of the rapid development of their bodies and brains. Kids are so active that they need to have a lot of energy and strength. Adults need protein too but we don’t want so much that it will make us fat or unhealthy.
