I got a phone call from a nice young man who gave me the details. The best part? Of course you could try it for 30 days and return it if you didn't like it or didn't use it enough.
I looked at the website while I was on the phone with him and bought it.
My daughter said it had a lot of mistakes (and showed me some of them) and the flashcards could not be printed out at all. She valued it at around $25 and said the same material is available at the library with fewer errors.
THEN the drama began. I could not return it without a return authorization number. They never answered the phone or returned emails and time was running out on my 30 days. Finally, I threatened to file a credit card dispute. They called me with a number and address to mail it to.
Fortunately I send it with delivery confirmation, but I SHOULD have required a signature. No refund came. I called and emailed. No response. I sent a copy of my post office receipt and a screen shot of the delivery confirmation. I threatened to file a credit card dispute and got a phone call: it's being processed, don't worry, you'll get your refund next week.
No, I didn't. Finally I actually filed a credit card dispute. The refund came in three days.
Bad product and in my opinion, criminal service.
