Auto headrest

I've an SUV (2004 Hyundai Santa Fe) with missing rear headrests. Are headrests standard size? Should I be able to buy a generic replacement (ignoring matching fabric pattern and color)? I've been looking, but all I see is units with DVD players embedded in them. This at least tells me there is some sort of universal standard for the hole positions.
I've not checked the dealer, but I expect they'll be expensive. I have also considered checking a salvage yard...
